Shipping Policy

Shipping to our customers is free anywhere in the USA.

Insured and tracked.

Packages require a signature upon delivery.

RETURNS

Free returns up to 10 days after purchase. Returns postmarked after 10 days of delivery will be charged a restocking fee of 15%. Product must be in new, unworn condition for a refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. Please email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) www.tenthousandscarves@gmail.com

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days.

NOTE: The merchandise does not have to be physically received back at our studio within 14 days but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper (along with the valid RMA). RMAs must be valid, unexpired, and issued for the merchandise being returned. Only one RMA is issued per return. When it expires, you may no longer return the merchandise.

As soon as your valid return is received and processed, you will be credited for the cost of the merchandise minus shipping charges. Most returns are processed within 10 days of receipt in our studio. Credit/refund reflection is dependent upon your bank’s cycle.

It is recommended that you send the merchandise back in a padded envelope and that you insure the package. If the merchandise is lost or stolen in the mail, it is not the responsibility of Ten Thousand Scarves to reimburse or replace it.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Not at this time.

Can I Visit your shop?

We are an online store only.

When does an order get shipped?

Ten Thousand Scarves does not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or on national holidays.

Orders ship within 3-10 business days. Occasionally, orders will take longer depending upon gemstone availability, in which case, we will notify you.

We ship USPS with tracking. Signature is required upon delivery.

Credit card approval must be obtained before the order is shipped. You will receive a follow-up e-mail confirming the total of your order, including shipping and handling charges and sales tax.

We only ship complete orders. Shipping may be delayed due to out-of-stock items. We will notify you if there is any delay on your order.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed online through this secure e-commmerce site.

Is my credit card safe?

Yes. We make every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to ensure it remains private and secure.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not been shipped. Once it has been shipped, you may return it after it arrives.
